Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
SpeakSmart AI sells digital products and services only. We do not sell physical goods.
This Return and Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available for digital purchases.
2. No Physical Returns
Because our products are digital, there is nothing to return physically.
3. Digital Products and Services
Where you buy digital content, digital access, or subscription-based digital services from us, delivery may begin immediately after purchase.
Under UK consumer law, consumers usually have a 14-day cancellation period for distance contracts. However, for digital content supplied immediately, that right can be lost where the consumer expressly requests immediate supply and acknowledges that the cancellation right will be lost once supply begins.
Accordingly, by purchasing digital content or services from SpeakSmart AI and requesting immediate access, you:
- Expressly consent to immediate performance or supply; and
- Acknowledge that your 14-day cooling-off right may be lost once access, download, streaming, activation, or use has begun, to the extent permitted by law.
4. Refund Eligibility
As a general rule:
- No refunds will be provided once digital access, download, activation, recording use, or service use has started.
- No refunds will be provided for a change of mind after access begins.
- No refunds will be provided for failure to use the service where access has already been made available.
However, this does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
5. Cases Where We May Consider a Refund
We may, at our discretion or where required by law, offer a full or partial refund if:
- You were charged incorrectly;
- You were charged more than once due to a technical error;
- The service was unavailable for a material period due to our fault and no reasonable remedy was provided;
- The product delivered was materially different from what was described;
- A refund is required under consumer protection law.
6. Subscription Services
If SpeakSmart AI offers subscriptions, any cancellation will take effect from the end of the current billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. How to Request a Refund

Please include:
- Your full name;
- Your purchase email address;
- Date of purchase;
- Product or subscription details;
- Reason for the request.
We may request further information to assess the claim.
8. Processing Time
Where a refund is approved, it will usually be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to payment processor timelines.
9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account while the matter is investigated.
